Preventive Care and Health Screenings
Based on your age, medical history, family history and risk factors, Alison may discuss blood-pressure monitoring, cholesterol and blood-sugar screening, recommended cancer screenings, mental-health screening, sexual-health screening, nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress.
Laboratory Testing and Results Review
When medically appropriate, testing may help evaluate blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney and liver function, blood-cell levels, nutritional concerns, symptoms such as fatigue, medication effects and other health concerns.
Referrals and Care Coordination
When specialty care, imaging, procedures or advanced testing are needed, NATT can help guide you toward the appropriate specialist or facility and coordinate relevant health information.
Primary Care and Weight Management Together
Weight and general health are closely connected. Because NATT provides both primary care and medical weight-loss services, Alison can consider blood pressure, blood sugar, medications, nutrition and other health factors when developing treatment recommendations.
Telehealth Primary Care
Selected follow-up visits, medication reviews, laboratory-result discussions and evaluation of certain non-emergency concerns may be available through telehealth for eligible patients located in Texas. Some conditions require an in-person examination, testing, urgent care or emergency evaluation.

Alison Forsab, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in acute and primary care. She specializes in medical weight loss, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, and incorporates nutrition coaching to provide personalized, evidence-based care for optimal, long-term wellness.
