Healthcare professional discussing medical weight-loss eligibility with adult patients

Losing weight can be challenging, especially when nutrition and exercise alone have not delivered lasting results. NATT provides medically supervised weight-loss care designed around your health history, goals, lifestyle and individual needs.

Personalized Medical Weight Management

Your plan may combine medical evaluation, prescription weight-loss medication when clinically appropriate, nutrition coaching, lifestyle guidance and ongoing follow-up care. Medication is not appropriate for every patient and is never guaranteed.

Semaglutide

Semaglutide is a prescription GLP-1 receptor agonist that may be considered for eligible patients as part of a comprehensive weight-management plan. Care includes evaluation, individualized recommendations, dose monitoring when appropriate and ongoing follow-up.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a prescription medication that acts on both GIP and GLP-1 pathways. Eligible patients may be considered after review of their health history, current medications, risk factors and treatment goals.

How the Program Works

  1. Consultation: Review health history, medications, previous weight-loss efforts and goals.
  2. Medical evaluation: Assess weight-related needs and determine whether testing or additional information is appropriate.
  3. Personalized plan: Nutrition, activity and medication recommendations when clinically appropriate.
  4. Follow-up: Monitor progress, tolerance, side effects and treatment response.
  5. Maintenance: Develop realistic habits and a long-term weight-management strategy.

Nutrition Coaching and Lifestyle Support

Medication does not replace healthy habits. Coaching may address balanced meal planning, protein and fiber intake, hydration, portion awareness, eating away from home, physical activity, sleep, stress and strategies to reduce weight regain.

Who May Be a Candidate?

A medical weight-loss consultation may be appropriate if you have struggled with weight despite lifestyle changes, frequently regain weight, have weight-related health concerns, want professional nutrition support or would like to learn whether prescription treatment may be appropriate. Eligibility is determined through an individual medical assessment.
