No emergency services
The website, contact form, appointment calendar, email, and NATT Assistant are not emergency services. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency care for severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms.
No provider-patient relationship from website use
Browsing the website, using the Assistant, submitting a general message, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is established only through appropriate healthcare processes and acceptance by the provider.
Appointment requests
Requested times are not confirmed until accepted by NATT. Availability may change. NATT may reschedule, decline, or redirect a request when operationally or clinically appropriate.
Prescription information
Information regarding semaglutide, tirzepatide, or other prescription treatments is educational. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular medication will be prescribed. Treatment decisions require appropriate evaluation and professional judgment.
Telehealth
Telehealth may be offered when legally permitted and clinically appropriate. Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition, and an in-person examination, testing, urgent care, emergency evaluation, or specialist referral may be required.
NATT Assistant
The NATT Assistant provides navigation and practice-information help. It is not a healthcare professional, does not diagnose or treat conditions, and should not be used to submit private medical information.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, or interfere with security controls.
Intellectual property
